I live by Hope - when I am down to nothing, God is up to something.

I live by Love - the Love that has given me this wonderful gift to enjoy - to be able to swim the open sea. This Love has created a story which is about me against me and me against the limitations I have been told are supposed to exist.

I wish to share the faith, hope and love that accompanied me for my Channel swim on the 7th of August.   All your messages of love and support mean the world to me.
